Almaden Property Management specializes in the management of residential properties in the Almaden Valley and its surrounding areas. We provide a "common sense approach" to managing property which utilizes flexibility, resourcefulness and excellent organizational skills. We strive to maintain good working relationships between management, clients and tenants.
Melissa Riqueros is the Owner/Broker of Almaden Property Management with over 16 years of property management experience. She is a long time resident of Almaden Valley. She is a member of NARPM®, the National Association of Residential Property Managers as well as the National Association of Realtors (NAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR) and the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors (SCCAOR)
